Strength Training - 0.2 hours - 08/05/2008

I started a new job last week and it has taken a toll on my workouts. I’m working on average of 10 to 11 hours a day. Its not that bad when I’m doing it, but afterwards I’m pretty beat and don’t want to do anything. Can’t wait until I get used to my new schedule and am able to get my workouts in.
