14 10 2008Been battling with a cold this past week or so. I don’t feel 100% completely but I felt as though I should get out there and try. It was a struggle to complete this run, but I seemed to improve on this route compared to the first time. I guess it’s because I knew exactly how much I could push and still be able to finish.

It’s weird. There are times when I don’t feel 100% but I decide to get out and do some sort of exercise anyway…not real hard, but just enough to get a little sweat going. I swear it helps me. It’s hard to get out the door, but it seems like it always helps me.
