Michelle and I went for a slow ride. We went along the river and saw some picnic tables that we’ll have lunch at next time we ride. The weather here is so nice. I guess being in North Dakota the last 3 years I forgot what it was like here this time of year.

My goals are: As of now, my fitness goal is to complete my first triathlon. My other favorite activities include: Football. 4 year starter. 2 years at Sacramento City College, and 2 years at the University of Mary.. Im taking on a new perspective on life. I've played football all my life and weighed as high as 300lbs. I am currently 255lbs, and am a year and a half out of football. Running and cardio were never really my forte, but I have found a new love in running and cycling. I hope to continue with my new passion, and to experience new things.
Well, just for your information, there are still picnic tables out some places in Bismarck, Mr. Showoff. You know…I think Tomi and I will go have a picnic soon, too.
