			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>So, I know that Monday&#8217;s are supposed to my pulling exercise day, but I worked out with Saul and we decided to do pushing exercises instead.  I started a new supplement today called Full Blown Extreme. It is a combination of creatine and nitric oxide supplement.  So, today I noticed some obvious strength gains in today&#8217;s workout.  I am not sure if it was from the supplement itself, or getting stronger, or the placebo effect.  Last week I was only able to do 185 2&#215;10 and 1&#215;8.  Here was my workout today.</p>
<p>Bench- 185 3&#215;10, 1&#215;8</p>
<p>Fly&#8217;s- 120 4&#215;10</p>
<p>Incline- 155 1&#215;10, 1&#215;8, 135 1&#215;8</p>
<p>Military- 45 3&#215;10</p>
<p>And other various shoulder and triceps exercises.
